Because digital files are automatically available for download immediately after purchase, I’m unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. 

If you experience any issues with your download (for example, trouble accessing your files or accidentally buying duplicates of the same pattern), please reach out to me at woolandbuggers@gmail.com and I’ll be happy to help you get your files and/or a refund.
