mojitos and yap 😎
This might seem like a very random pattern – and it is, I guess? Except it all makes sense because much like seagulls, I love mojitos and yap. But to be real, this is a tribute to my friend Hugh – who originally just wanted a slice of lime. I was more in a seagull mood, though and because I am stubborn I always get my will through.
The more I thought about it, the more it made sense – everything from Hugh also having very long legs to being at times annoying yet inquisitive and curious. But I still had to incorporate the limes, of course! The sweater is a mixture of both of our ideas – an ode to his persona.
You are of course free to make modifications to the pattern. A couple of easy ideas that could be fun to try:
Switching the lime slice to something else. Check the tester lookbook for inspiration! There’s everything from shrimp to fries to cookies. :’)
